After booking, read the confirmation for the meeting location, approach directions, operator contact number and required notice before arrival. Do not assume the handover takes place at a particular terminal entrance or car park: use the instructions for the product you booked.

Build time for the handover into your journey, alongside your airline’s check-in and bag-drop deadlines. Contact the operator at the stage specified in your instructions. If you expect to arrive earlier or later than booked, ask the operator how to proceed.

Drive to the instructed meeting point and follow the operator’s process for identifying the driver and completing the handover.
