<p>Before travelling, save your booking confirmation, meeting-point directions and operator contact details. Follow any instructions to call ahead; the required contact timing and handover location depend on the product you book.</p><p>Drive to the specified meeting point, remove your luggage and travel documents, and complete the vehicle and key handover as instructed. <p>Use the return instructions in your confirmation to check when to contact the operator and where to collect your vehicle. Do not assume you should call immediately after landing: your booked product may specify a different stage of your arrival.</p><p>If your flight or baggage collection is delayed, contact the operator using the supplied details and explain the change. Check the product’s late-return terms, including any additional charges that may apply. A 24-hour service does not mean your car will be waiting without notice or that extra parking time is included.</p>
