Long Stay Heathrow Meet and Greet Parking

Updated 22 October 2026

Planning a longer trip from Heathrow? Compare long stay Heathrow meet and greet parking for your complete date range, then check terminal arrangements and booking terms before paying online. Heathrow Meet & Greet service hours are 04:00–23:00 daily.

Compare parking for your whole trip

Enter your planned vehicle handover date and time, plus the date and time you expect to collect your car. For an overnight return flight, check the UK arrival date carefully: it may be the day after you leave your destination. Allow time after landing for passport control, baggage collection and reaching the collection point.

Compare the total shown for the full parking period, what each product includes and any charges identified in its terms. Check the named legal operator as well as the product tier; a tier name is not an operator company. [Compare parking for your dates](/results) to start choosing a product for your longer stay.

Check both Heathrow terminals before booking

Confirm your departure terminal and return terminal from your flight details rather than assuming they will be the same. Check that the product’s handover and collection arrangements suit both flights before paying.

If you depart from one terminal and return to another, review how the product handles that journey and whether any conditions or charges apply. Our guide to [different departure and return terminals at Heathrow](/guides/heathrow-different-departure-arrival-terminals) explains what to check. Recheck your flight details before travelling and use the contact instructions in your booking if anything changes.

What to expect when you hand over your car

With Meet & Greet, you drive to the handover location specified for your booked product, hand over your vehicle and keys, and the operator takes your car to its parking location for your stay. Do not assume every product uses the same meeting point.

Read your confirmation before departure. Follow any advance-contact instructions and use the exact location provided, rather than heading to a terminal drop-off area without checking. Allow time for the handover as well as your airline’s check-in requirements. Take your luggage, travel documents and valuables with you, and keep your booking reference and operator contact details accessible.

Plan collection within 04:00–23:00 service hours

Heathrow Meet & Greet service hours are 04:00–23:00 daily. Check your planned handover and collection times against these hours; your flight’s departure or landing time alone is not enough to establish whether the arrangements work.

On return, follow your booked product’s instructions about when to contact the operator and where to collect your vehicle. Do not assume the car will be waiting as soon as you land. If a delay could push collection beyond 23:00, contact the operator using your booking details to establish what arrangements are possible. Do not assume an out-of-hours handover is available.

Review cancellation, changes and late-return terms

Before paying, check the cancellation deadline, whether the product is refundable and any cancellation fees. Review the rules for changing dates, times or terminals, including what happens if you need to extend your stay while abroad.

For a longer trip, pay particular attention to late-return terms: how additional parking is charged, how to notify the operator and what happens if a flight delay affects collection. Check for any separately payable access or collection charges in the product details. If a condition is unclear, clarify it before booking rather than assuming it is included.

Book ahead to organise parking before departure

Booking ahead gives you time to compare products, confirm your terminals and read the handover instructions before travel day. It does not guarantee a lower price or availability.

Once you have checked the full date range, service hours and terms, select your product and pay online. Keep the confirmation with your flight information and review it before leaving home. Frequently asked questions

Can I book Heathrow Meet & Greet parking for several weeks?
Enter the full date range to check which products are offered for your trip. Do not assume a particular duration is accepted by every product. Review the total cost and any duration-related conditions before paying.
Which return time should I enter for an overnight flight?
Use the UK date and time you expect to collect your car, not the date you depart from your destination. Allow for passport control, baggage collection and reaching the collection point, and check that collection falls within 04:00–23:00.
What if my flight is delayed while my car is parked?
Follow the notification instructions in your booking and contact the operator with your revised plans. Late-return charges and arrangements depend on the booked product’s terms. If collection may fall outside 04:00–23:00, ask what is possible rather than assuming service will be available.
Does booking a longer stay guarantee a cheaper daily rate?
No. Compare the total shown for your complete date range and review any additional charges. Neither a longer stay nor booking ahead guarantees a lower price.
