Before setting off, save your booking confirmation, operator contact details and handover directions. Follow the selected product’s contact procedure, including any instruction to call before arrival. Do not stop at an assumed meeting point.

At the instructed location, follow the driver handover process and complete any required vehicle checks or paperwork. Remove your luggage, travel documents and valuables before handing over the keys. Follow your selected product’s return instructions for when to contact the operator and where to collect your car. Do not assume you should call immediately after landing: the procedure may depend on completing passport control or collecting luggage.

Go to the instructed collection point once you are ready. Check your vehicle and belongings, complete the return handover and raise any concerns with the operator before leaving. If your arrival terminal changes, contact the operator rather than heading to a different meeting point without confirmation.

Gatwick Meet & Greet service hours are 04:00–23:00 daily. Check that both your planned drop-off and car collection fit within these hours; your flight’s landing time is not your vehicle collection time.

If a delay could push collection beyond 23:00, contact the operator using your booking details. Review the selected product’s late-arrival and delayed-return terms before booking, including any stated charges or restrictions. Do not assume collection outside service hours can be arranged.
