Enter your vehicle drop-off date and time, then the date and time you expect to collect it. For a longer holiday or extended visit, check the return date carefully—an overnight flight may land the day after it leaves your destination.

Confirm the terminal for both flights using your airline’s booking information. Do not assume that your return terminal will match your departure terminal.

Save your booking confirmation and operator contact details before travelling. Follow the confirmation’s instructions about when to make contact and where to meet the driver. Allow time for the handover as well as your airline’s check-in requirements.

At the instructed meeting point, remove your luggage, travel documents and belongings you need for the trip. Complete the operator’s handover process and leave the keys as directed; the driver then takes your vehicle to its parking location. Keep any handover record provided and make sure you have the return instructions before heading into the terminal.

Gatwick Meet & Greet service hours are 04:00–23:00 daily. Plan both vehicle drop-off and return collection within those hours. Your flight’s landing time is not your car collection time: allow for passport control, baggage reclaim and reaching the collection point.

On return, follow your booking’s instructions about when to contact the operator. Go to the specified collection point and complete the vehicle return process. Do not assume the car will be waiting as soon as your flight lands.

If a delay could push collection beyond 23:00, contact the operator using your confirmation details. Check the late-return and out-of-hours terms before booking; do not assume collection outside service hours can be arranged.

Before paying, check what the quoted total includes and which charges, if any, are payable separately. Look specifically for terminal access or exit charges, extended-stay charges and fees for arriving outside your booked times. These are items to verify, not charges that necessarily apply to every product.

Review the cancellation and amendment conditions, including any deadlines or fees. For a longer trip, understand what happens if you return early, extend your stay or change flights. Do not assume that unused parking days are refundable or that extra days can be added on the same terms.
